SED-4YTG-Z is a 4-head fully automatic liquid/paste filling machine built around a rotary-valve piston system. Filling accuracy is ±1% and each head runs at 200–300 bottles per hour, giving roughly 800–1200 bph in 4-head

Fonctionnement

Filling is performed by piston cylinders driven by AirTAC pneumatic actuators. A rotary valve sequences each piston between intake from the hopper and discharge through a stainless filling nozzle, dosing a fixed volume per stroke. A Delta PLC + Weinview touchscreen sets fill volume, speed, and head count; bottles index along a 2–4 m conveyor under the four nozzles for inline filling.
