Funktionsweise
Filling is performed by piston cylinders driven by AirTAC pneumatic actuators. A rotary valve sequences each piston between intake from the hopper and discharge through a stainless filling nozzle, dosing a fixed volume per stroke. A Delta PLC + Weinview touchscreen sets fill volume, speed, and head count; bottles index along a 2–4 m conveyor under the four nozzles for inline filling.
