Fonctionnement
Operator manually inserts an empty pre-formed pouch onto the bag-holder. PLC + HMI triggers a metering cylinder per nozzle to dose a precise volume of product into the pouch (no-gas / pressurised fill). After filling, an intelligent temperature-controlled heat-seal head with single-cylinder independent pressure (uniform) seals the bag mouth. Bag is automatically released and falls to the take-off chute.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Operator manually inserts an empty pre-formed pouch onto the bag-holder.
2PLC + HMI triggers a metering cylinder per nozzle to dose a precise volume of product into the pouch (no-gas / pressurised fill).
3After filling, an intelligent temperature-controlled heat-seal head with single-cylinder independent pressure (uniform) seals the bag mouth.
4Bag is automatically released and falls to the take-off chute.
