Operator manually inserts an empty pre-formed pouch onto the bag-holder. PLC + HMI triggers a metering cylinder per nozzle to dose a precise volume of product into the pouch(no-gas / pressurised fill). After filling, an intelligent temperature-controlled heat-seal head with single-cylinder independent pressure(uniform) seals the bag mouth. Bag is automatically released and falls to the take-off chute.
