Fonctionnement
Product is placed into the hopper and fed via vibrating three-stage vibration trays (24 channels per unit, 48 total) sequentially into counting photoelectric boxes. Each channel has a dedicated gate solenoid valve; when the pre-set count is reached, the gate closes. Once a new empty bottle is positioned, the gate opens and the dose drops into the bottle. Anti-high-dust photoelectric sensors ensure counting accuracy. Bottle-shortage and bottle-jam photoelectrics trigger automatic stop. The system supports stepless vibration speed adjustment to reduce tablet breakage.
