Fonctionnement

Multi-station rotary/linear assembly line: vibratory feeders deliver each component (shell, tube, wheel, connector, drip chamber, cap) with chip removal and antistatic; servo manipulators assemble parts on indexed tooling; cyclohexanone glue dispensed into pre-defined cavities with sealed reservoir + auto level control; in-line tests include air-blow leak, pull/elongation on drip chamber, and CCD vision QC; rejects are removed to stainless-steel collectors before transfer to packaging.
