Fonctionnement
Composite heat-seal film (0.03–0.08 mm thick) is unwound under tension control with optional deviation correction. The upper film carries the product items, which are separated to width by a swing-arm slitter (imported FDA-grade stainless blades). Servo-driven traction sets pitch (40–120 mm, up to 170 mm special). Items are placed between upper and lower films. At the heat-seal station, an engraved plate applies flat-press heat sealing (4 kW, PID K-type thermocouple control); air-cushion lift raises the plate on stoppage to prevent film deformation. A servo-driven die-cutter (precision ±0.2 mm, ball-location) separates finished packs; ejector pins assist smooth pack discharge. Batch coding is applied inline. Automatic alarms: low film, broken strip, vision reject.
