Fonctionnement
Powder raw material and adhesive are loaded into a horizontal cylinder where the main stirring oar (SS316L) mixes them at 1–200 rpm, forming a humid soft mass. The star-cutter blade (SS316L) then runs at high speed (2–3000 rpm), crushing the soft mass into uniform granules via fluidized granulation. The driving shaft uses an inflatable seal during operation; water replaces air during cleaning. PLC-controlled lid opens automatically; auto-discharge via pneumatic Φ150 device. Built-in dust-proof exhaust with anti-static filter bag vents process air. A single sealed container completes dry mixing, wet mixing, and granulation — GMP compliant.
