Fonctionnement
Sugar is dissolved in the dissolving tank (steam-heated) → transferred by gear pump to holding tank → metered by piston dosing pump through pre-heater → vacuum cooked in micro-film generator (vacuum pump dehydrates to target temperature/moisture) → water-cooled on cooling tables → kept warm and plastic in batch roller (4-roll pulling with heating) → shaped into rope by rope sizer (5 pairs of sizer rolls) → die-stamped at 800–1,000 pcs/min by high-speed chain-type forming machine (45Cr mold, center filling 15–30%) → cooled and set in 5-layer cooling tunnel (5 m air-conditioned tunnel) → discharged. Optional pulling machine for batch sugar-pulling (10–30 kg/batch).
