Fonctionnement
Dry, clean vials feed via the integrated star-feed disc (rejects fallen bottles), index along POM rails into the 12-station rotary turret. The 4 peristaltic pumps fire as the filling head descends; the custom anti-foam needle prevents bubble formation. After fill, vials transfer to the stoppering station where a vibration bowl (electromagnetic resonance) orients rubber stoppers and a pneumatic cylinder presses each stopper onto the positioned vial — full or half (semi) stoppering selectable. Stoppered vials proceed to the dual-head 3-knife centrifugal flexible rolling-cap unit (same frame) which roll-seals the aluminum cap with high tolerance to bottle-dia variation. Tempered-glass dust hood encloses the entire work area. Operates as a single machine.
