SED-4-2-2XGS2-Z 2–10 ml vial all-in-one filling, stoppering and rolling-cap machine. Combines liquid filling (peristaltic 4-head, ±1% accuracy), full or half rubber stoppering, and dual-head 3-knife centrifugal flexible
مبدأ العمل
Dry, clean vials feed via the integrated star-feed disc(rejects fallen bottles), index along POM rails into the 12-station rotary turret. The 4 peristaltic pumps fire as the filling head descends; the custom anti-foam needle prevents bubble formation. After fill, vials transfer to the stoppering station where a vibration bowl(electromagnetic resonance) orients rubber stoppers and a pneumatic cylinder presses each stopper onto the positioned vial — full or half(semi) stoppering selectable. Stoppered vials proceed to the dual-head 3-knife centrifugal flexible rolling-cap unit(same frame) which roll-seals the aluminum cap with high tolerance to bottle-dia variation. Tempered-glass dust hood encloses the entire work area. Operates as a single machine.
