Fonctionnement
Sterilized vials enter via a buffer feed plate, transferred by small star wheel into linear-motion synchronized indexing blocks. At the filling station, 4 peristaltic pump heads dose product (each needle independently adjustable, 316L stainless steel needles, food-grade hose). Filled vials are transferred to a stoppering station where electromagnetic vibration bowl orients rubber stoppers; pneumatic cylinder presses the stopper into the vial (full or half stopper, configurable). No-bottle-no-fill / no-bottle-no-stopper logic via fiber-optic sensors. Class 100 laminar airflow over the entire fill zone keeps the process sterile.
