Fonctionnement

Bottles are loaded into adjustable cup holders that travel via conveyor onto the main starwheel turntable. Photoelectric sensors detect bottle presence; PLC then commands a three-piston filling unit to descend into the bottle and dispense the set volume with level-equalizing back-suction. A vibratory bowl feeds spray-head caps onto a swing-arm pre-press, then dedicated pre-crimping and crimping cylinders seal the cap. A second vibratory bowl feeds middle sleeves pressed by cylinder into the bottle neck. Finished bottles exit via a circular conveyor to the discharge point.

Nettoyage et entretien

Daily: wipe molds, fixtures and suction cups with clean dust-free cloth before each shift; clear residual material from starwheel and vibratory bowl; check air supply ≥5 bar. Weekly: lubricate guide rods/rails with N68 rail oil; verify all pneumatic fittings, sensors and solenoids; check fasteners and worn parts. Monthly: full guide-rail and lead-screw greasing; inspect drag-chain wires; verify 24V power supply output.
