Fonctionnement
Product is loaded into the SUS316L sanitary inner vessel. The bidirectional frame-type scraping agitator (0–86 rpm) and the top bevel-tooth rotor-stator homogenizer (0–3000 rpm) work in combination to emulsify and disperse the mixture. A water-ring vacuum pump evacuates the vessel (≤−0.09 MPa) to eliminate air bubbles. A sanitary-grade PT100 temperature sensor (bottom-insert, M12 thread, 50–200 °C) provides temperature feedback. Heating is via electric elements or steam in the jacket. Burgmann mechanical seal prevents leakage. The hydraulic lid enables safe opening.

1Product is loaded into the SUS316L sanitary inner vessel.
2The bidirectional frame-type scraping agitator (0–86 rpm) and the top bevel-tooth rotor-stator homogenizer (0–3000 rpm) work in combination to emulsify and disperse the mixture.
3A water-ring vacuum pump evacuates the vessel (≤−0.09 MPa) to eliminate air bubbles.
