Product is loaded into the SUS316L sanitary inner vessel. The bidirectional frame-type scraping agitator(0–86 rpm) and the top bevel-tooth rotor-stator homogenizer(0–3000 rpm) work in combination to emulsify and disperse the mixture. A water-ring vacuum pump evacuates the vessel(≤−0.09 MPa) to eliminate air bubbles. A sanitary-grade PT100 temperature sensor(bottom-insert, M12 thread, 50–200 °C) provides temperature feedback. Heating is via electric elements or steam in the jacket. Burgmann mechanical seal prevents leakage. The hydraulic lid enables safe opening.
