Intermittent action with orifice plate filling. 10-station rotary turntable (clockwise): Station 1–2 — capsule loading, water-jet/vacuum cap-body separation; Station 3 — lower module descends and moves out; Station 4 — powder filling (5-stage tamping); Station 5 — reserved for pellet/tablet filling option; Station 6 — defective capsule rejection by vacuum; Station 7 — lower module rises and moves in; Station 8 — locking rod lifts to close capsule; Station 9 — finished capsule ejection; Station 10 — die hole cleaning. Frequency converter controls rotary table speed. Imported double-lip polyurethane sealing rings. Variable frequency stepless speed control with PLC.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production cleaning: clean all product-contact parts with alcohol before use. Post-shift cleaning: disassemble filling mechanism and clean with approved solvent. Dosage disc and filling rods require regular inspection for wear. Lubricate drive components per maintenance schedule.
