Fonctionnement
PLC + HMI sequence control: powder feeding → material leveling → actual pressing → degassing → press-down → tablet ejection → repeat. Servo-driven hydraulic system applies bidirectional force; high-precision displacement sensor monitors product height in real time and auto-corrects deviations. Servo motor drives a gear pump whose output is fully controllable, eliminating pressure instability and asynchronous motion issues.
