PLC + HMI sequence control: powder feeding→ material leveling→ actual pressing→ degassing→ press-down→ tablet ejection→ repeat. Servo-driven hydraulic system applies bidirectional force; high-precision displacement sensor monitors product height in real time and auto-corrects deviations. Servo motor drives a gear pump whose output is fully controllable, eliminating pressure instability and asynchronous motion issues.
