Fonctionnement
An indexing turntable with 8 fixture stations rotates intermittently. Operator manually loads an empty tube (station 1). The product is dosed into the tube at ±1% accuracy (station 2). Internal and external heaters soften the tube end (stations 3–4). The ultrasonic sealing horn welds the tube tail (station 5). A code-pressing station impresses batch/expiry codes (station 6). Edge trimmers cut the sealed tail; an air-blowing device blows cut scrap off the worktable (station 7). The finished tube is discharged (station 8). Touchscreen + PLC control with ultrasonic system. Stable, adjustable heating time. Smooth, firm, hygienic sealing appearance; clean-cut trimmed edge.
