مبدأ العمل
An indexing turntable with 8 fixture stations rotates intermittently. Operator manually loads an empty tube(station 1). The product is dosed into the tube at ±1% accuracy(station 2). Internal and external heaters soften the tube end(stations 3–4). The ultrasonic sealing horn welds the tube tail(station 5). A code-pressing station impresses batch/expiry codes(station 6). Edge trimmers cut the sealed tail; an air-blowing device blows cut scrap off the worktable(station 7). The finished tube is discharged(station 8). Touchscreen + PLC control with ultrasonic system. Stable, adjustable heating time. Smooth, firm, hygienic sealing appearance; clean-cut trimmed edge.
