Fonctionnement
PLC-controlled vertical cartoning with manipulator loading. Vacuum suction cups open flat cartons from the magazine; the robotic manipulator liner-feeding unit automatically places the liner insert, then the bottle-feeding manipulator loads 3 bottles into the open carton; carton flaps are tucked and sealed by hot-melt glue or insert-tuck mechanism. Indexing drive powers station motion at 10–30 cartons/min.
