Fonctionnement

Material enters through the feed hopper into the first (inner) crushing chamber where the rotating disc and static disc perform primary crushing via relative motion. Pre-crushed material exits through discharge holes on the rotating disc into the second (outer) crushing chamber where high-speed rotating hammers impact, tear, and rub material against the inner toothed ring. Centrifugal force drives finished powder through the screen into the collection bag/bin. Feed size must not exceed 40 mm × 50 mm.

Power off and unplug before cleaning. Open collection bin and wipe with slightly damp cloth — do not flush with water. Disassemble crushing chamber periodically for deep cleaning. Replace screens, seals, hammers, and other wearing parts on schedule.
