SED-30LSF-D — Graded Flow Crusher / Pharmaceutical Pulverizer

Material enters through the feed hopper into the first(inner) crushing chamber where the rotating disc and static disc perform primary crushing via relative motion. Pre-crushed material exits through discharge holes on the rotating disc into the second(outer) crushing chamber where high-speed rotating hammers impact, tear, and rub material against the inner toothed ring. Centrifugal force drives finished powder through the screen into the collection bag/bin. Feed size must not exceed 40 mm × 50 mm.
