Fonctionnement

A high-pressure vortex (regenerative) air pump generates negative pressure inside a sealed conveyor tube. When the controller sees the receiving hopper of the capsule filler drop below the low-level sensor, the pump starts and pulls capsules out of the bulk drum, up the 2 m vertical suction tube, and into the discharge hopper. A decompression gate on the pump filter regulates suction strength to suit different capsule sizes. The pump stops when capsules cover the high-level sensor, then restarts on the next low-level call. Oil-free, water-free design avoids contaminating capsules.

Nettoyage et entretien

Power off before maintenance. Clean suction tube and discharge nozzle with clean dry air or neutral detergent. Check decompression gate is free of debris. Inspect filter periodically; replace if blocked.
