SED-30JS-C — Capsule Auto Vacuum Feeder

A high-pressure vortex(regenerative) air pump generates negative pressure inside a sealed conveyor tube. When the controller sees the receiving hopper of the capsule filler drop below the low-level sensor, the pump starts and pulls capsules out of the bulk drum, up the 2 m vertical suction tube, and into the discharge hopper. A decompression gate on the pump filter regulates suction strength to suit different capsule sizes. The pump stops when capsules cover the high-level sensor, then restarts on the next low-level call. Oil-free, water-free design avoids contaminating capsules.
