Pre-melt tanks (240 L water-phase: 1.5 kW disperser; 150 L oil-phase: 0.37 kW disperser) prepare phases under steam-jacket heat (Chint temp control, auto-thermostat) with Burgmann mechanical seals; phases vacuum-fed via main pot (vacuum down to –0.095 MPa). In the 300 L jacketed main pot, the bi-directional frame-type wall-scraping mixer (3 kW, 0–63 rpm VFD, SUS316L paddles 8 mm thick, PTFE scraper, Burgmann 63 mm mechanical seal) keeps fluid moving while the bottom inner-circulation shear homogenizer (7.5 kW, 0–3000 rpm VFD, SUS316L, Ø130 mm, 2 µm fineness, Burgmann double-face 63 mm seal) emulsifies the product. Hydraulic system (2.2 kW) raises pot lid for cleaning. Discharge via compressed-air positive pressure or manual hand-crank tilt. 11 safety interlocks prevent unsafe operation. PLC + touch screen (3C-certified independent cabinet, Omron contactors/relays, Schneider temperature control).
