Random pouches dumped into the storage hopper are carried by the hopper belt conveyor onto low-speed rollers, then sequenced progressively through low-, medium- and high-speed servo-driven roller stages. Photoelectric sensors monitor pouch flow in real time; the motion-control system trims the speed of each roller stage continuously to maintain precise spacing, outputting pouches in orderly single-file sequence for downstream cartoning, bagging, boxing or filling operations.
