Ball bubble gum is produced via: sugar granules ground to powder → gum base softened in electric oven → mixed in 200 L double-paddle mixer → extruded through four-screw two-colour extruder → shaped by three-roller forming machine → cooled in horizontal revolving cooling sieve machine → coated in 6× coating pans → optionally packaged by pillow packing machine.
