Ball bubble gum is produced via: sugar granules ground to powder→ gum base softened in electric oven→ mixed in 200 L double-paddle mixer→ extruded through four-screw two-colour extruder→ shaped by three-roller forming machine→ cooled in horizontal revolving cooling sieve machine→ coated in 6× coating pans→ optionally packaged by pillow packing machine.
