The SED-300GFB-A is a combined fluidized bed granulator and coater featuring a top granulator and bottom-spray (Wurster) coating configuration. Fluid bed volume: 1000 L total (885 L working). Granulation capacity: 200–30

Fonctionnement
Powder is fed into the fluid bed. Cold air is drawn through three-stage filters (EU4 pre, EU7 middle, EU13 HEPA), heated by a steam heater (130 m²) mounted behind the main machine, and enters the bottom plenum. Material fluidizes in a turbojet pattern. A peristaltic pump delivers liquid binder (for granulation) or coating material to spray guns, which atomize the liquid onto the fluidized bed. For granulation, top-mounted spray guns distribute binder; for bottom-spray Wurster coating, bottom-mounted guns deliver coating solution. Evaporated moisture is exhausted by the 55 kW VFD fan.
