Powder is fed into the fluid bed. Cold air is drawn through three-stage filters(EU4 pre, EU7 middle, EU13 HEPA), heated by a steam heater(130 m²) mounted behind the main machine, and enters the bottom plenum. Material fluidizes in a turbojet pattern. A peristaltic pump delivers liquid binder(for granulation) or coating material to spray guns, which atomize the liquid onto the fluidized bed. For granulation, top-mounted spray guns distribute binder; for bottom-spray Wurster coating, bottom-mounted guns deliver coating solution. Evaporated moisture is exhausted by the 55 kW VFD fan.
