Fonctionnement

Tooth-disc impact + shear grinding: a high-speed (3500 rpm) tooth-disc rotor and a fixed tooth-disc impact and shear the material; the resulting fines plus heat-laden air are drawn through a plug-in sieve (which sets the cut-point at 20–150 mesh) by the 2.2 kW fan. Particles are separated by the cyclone and collected in the bottom hopper via butterfly valve; residual fines pass through a pulse-jet bag filter, with pulse-jet cleaning recycling the dust into the cyclone. Bearing and grinding chamber connections are water-cooled (water inlet and outlet on both sides). Feeding should be uniform to avoid overloading; the flapper on the outside of the hopper is adjusted and locked according to the desired grinding fineness.

Nettoyage et entretien

After production, cut power and water supply. Open the dust-door, clean dust from the bag, collect in the collecting box, and close the dust-door. Open the crusher door, pull out the screen frame and clean dust inside the machine, then close the door. When installing a new screen, ensure the screen ring attaches to the inner chamber shoulder, or it will be broken when the door closes.
