SED-300CFS-H — Ultrafine Pulverizer

Tooth-disc impact + shear grinding: a high-speed(3500 rpm) tooth-disc rotor and a fixed tooth-disc impact and shear the material; the resulting fines plus heat-laden air are drawn through a plug-in sieve(which sets the cut-point at 20–150 mesh) by the 2.2 kW fan. Particles are separated by the cyclone and collected in the bottom hopper via butterfly valve; residual fines pass through a pulse-jet bag filter, with pulse-jet cleaning recycling the dust into the cyclone. Bearing and grinding chamber connections are water-cooled(water inlet and outlet on both sides). Feeding should be uniform to avoid overloading; the flapper on the outside of the hopper is adjusted and locked according to the desired grinding fineness.
