Fonctionnement

Compressed air drives the vacuum generator (pneumatic, no motor) to create negative pressure. Material is drawn through the Phi38 suction nozzle from the source container via wire-reinforced flexible hose into the SUS304 vacuum hopper. The 4 x 316L stainless steel filters separate material from air. After the feeding time, the back-flush valve pulses compressed air to clean the filters. The pneumatic discharge gate then opens to release material into the receiving equipment. The cycle repeats continuously. With material level control option, the feeder auto-starts/stops based on the downstream hopper level.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production cleaning required. Post-shift cleaning recommended. Disconnect power before maintenance. Clean hopper and nozzle. Filter elements: blow with compressed air, rinse with hot water (<=80 C) with soft brush (no hard brush); oven-dry (<=50 C) or air-dry completely before reinstallation.
