The SED-2ZG-5 is the primary variant of the SED-2ZG rotary-table automatic vial filling and capping line. It handles 80–95 bottles/minute with a 1–10 ml fill range and ±0.03–0.1 g fill accuracy via dual 316L magnetic-pum

Bottles are fed into the 304 SS rotary unscrambler (900 mm tray, 120 W VFD motor) and indexed through stations by a proprietary servo divider: (1) dual 316L magnetic-pump filling — 800 W servo drive, anti-drip nozzle, 0.03–0.1 g accuracy, 1–10 ml; (2) inner-stopper pressing from frequency-controlled vibration bowl — photoelectric sensor auto-stops on missing stopper; (3) outer-cap hooking from vibration bowl; (4) four-claw rolling-on capping. Same-direction in/out conveyance; fill height adjustable ±25 mm without tooling change.

Wear parts: capping head, filling-head sealing rings and silicone tubing — replace per schedule. Vibration bowl height: single person, 5 minutes, no foot-cup adjustment. Gray vs white stopper: separate setups, cannot swap on the fly. Same diameter/outer-cap/inner-stopper with ±25 mm height: no tooling change.
