Fonctionnement

Bottles are automatically fed via conveyor and rotated into position. The dual paste-pressure cylinders (servo-motor controlled) pressurize paste from the hopper through dual fill tubes into the bottles simultaneously. A thread-break mechanism precisely cuts the paste flow. After filling, bottles pass through automatic inkjet coding before the capping station presses on caps. The PLC-controlled servo system monitors fill volume in real time and adjusts via electronic input.
