Fonctionnement

Powder is loaded into the fluid bed. Cold air is drawn through pre-, intermediate- and final-stage HEPA filters and the heating chamber, where it is heated to the set temperature. The heated air fluidizes the material in turbojet pattern. A liquid pump delivers binder/coating solution to the spray gun, which is sheared into droplets by atomizing air and sprayed onto the fluidized particles. Evaporated moisture is exhausted by the fan.
