Funcionamiento
Powder is loaded into the fluid bed. Cold air is drawn through pre-, intermediate- and final-stage HEPA filters and the heating chamber, where it is heated to the set temperature. The heated air fluidizes the material in turbojet pattern. A liquid pump delivers binder/coating solution to the spray gun, which is sheared into droplets by atomizing air and sprayed onto the fluidized particles. Evaporated moisture is exhausted by the fan.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Powder is loaded into the fluid bed.
2Cold air is drawn through pre-, intermediate- and final-stage HEPA filters and the heating chamber, where it is heated to the set temperature.
