Fonctionnement
Liquid feed (solution / emulsion / suspension / paste) is metered by a peristaltic pump (BT00-300mm/1515) to a Φ50 mm centrifugal atomiser disc spinning at 25,000 r/min, which disperses the feed into fine droplets inside the jacketed Φ2000 mm drying chamber. HEPA-filtered hot air (G4/F8/H13) flows co-currently and evaporates the moisture in milliseconds; dried powder is recovered through two SUS304 cyclones in series (Φ550 + Φ350) and a material collector. Three pneumatic air hammers de-cake the cone. An 8-nozzle CIP system cleans the chamber. A 20 L cooling tank with 0.55 kW pump cools the atomiser bearing.
