Fonctionnement

A label roll (max 280 mm OD, 76 mm core) is mounted on each of two opposing label heads. The product is placed manually or conveyed to a fixed labeling position. SICK label sensors detect the label edge; the Panasonic PLC controls the Leadshine stepper motors that drive the label-feed traction mechanism. The peeling mechanism separates the label from the backing; the applicator mechanism presses the label onto the product surface. Two label heads apply labels to opposing sides in a single pass.
