SED-25BCT-D is a semi-automatic double-sided labeling machine that applies labels to two opposing faces of a product simultaneously. It runs at 0–25 pcs/min (depending on product, label size, and operator speed) with ±1

A label roll(max 280 mm OD, 76 mm core) is mounted on each of two opposing label heads. The product is placed manually or conveyed to a fixed labeling position. SICK label sensors detect the label edge; the Panasonic PLC controls the Leadshine stepper motors that drive the label-feed traction mechanism. The peeling mechanism separates the label from the backing; the applicator mechanism presses the label onto the product surface. Two label heads apply labels to opposing sides in a single pass.
