Fonctionnement

Twin counter-rotating die rolls receive two gelatin ribbons; 20 plunger injectors dose 0–2 mL fill at the wedge while die rolls cut and seal the softgel halves. Water-bath heating on injector ensures stable injection temperature; optional servo-controlled gelatin ribbon thickness system. Cold air blown at outlet to drop pills cleanly. Pills go to drying tumblers and tray dryers, with optional 6-tumbler intelligent dryer (with built-in dehumidifier) for automated overnight drying.
