Fonctionnement

Empty capsules are loaded into the hopper, fed to a magazine, oriented (small end down) by a sorting block, then separated by vacuum. Lower bodies enter the 6-station tamping/filling area where powder is compressed in 6 stages by tamping pins (Chinese patented homogenizer ensures even powder distribution even with poor-flow powders). After filling, top caps are inspected to confirm proper separation; defective capsules are rejected by pin and vacuum. The two halves are joined and finished capsules are ejected. Each station is cleaned by an air blast before the next cycle. A patented powder collector recovers ~85% of lost powder for re-use.
