Fonctionnement
Inverted bottles are placed on 24 turntable seats. Inner-wall: fixed nozzles pressurize water when the rotating valve body aligns with the nozzle (positioned wash). Outer-wall: spray nozzles rinse the bottle exterior as the turntable rotates inward. System operates on municipal tap-water pressure; a low-pressure booster pump can be added for recirculation.

Before use: verify funnel is firmly installed, check drain connection and inlet connection, confirm motor wiring. During use: start machine and begin loading bottles while opening the water inlet. Adjust inlet flow to achieve the desired spray pressure. Maintenance: lubricate worm-and-worm-gear drive daily. Regularly check fasteners and motor belt tension. If a nozzle loses pressure, check water pressure first, then inspect for blocked tubing. Clear blockage with wire; if persistent, remove and clean the nozzle.
