Fonctionnement

The operator loads sample capsules or tablets into the input chute. Pneumatic cylinders release one capsule at a time into each of the 4 weighing channels, each equipped with a CMC-0.1 high-precision load cell. The SED CL-12 data acquisition controller reads the load cell output with military-aviation-grade zero tracking and dynamic compensation algorithms to suppress ground vibration and airflow interference. Each capsule weight is recorded; real-time statistics (mean, sigma, control chart, full-batch normal distribution) are computed. Out-of-range capsules are rejected by AirTAC sorting cylinders (MPE8×10). Calibration weight is automatically placed by an AirTAC calibration cylinder (HLH6×25) to re-zero and calibrate the cells. The SPT SP-D10 microneedle printer prints a sampling label at each interval.
