Fonctionnement
Distilled water (~0.5–1 L) feeds from the 2 L tank into the electric-heated chamber. The double-head oil-free vacuum pump performs multiple pulsating pre-vacuum cycles (Class B-style) to evacuate air from the Φ246 × 450 mm chamber and load. Saturated steam at 121 °C or 134 °C is then injected; pressure rises to 0.21 MPa with humidity ≥80%. The microcomputer holds for the user-set time, monitored by built-in pressure and temperature sensors. Powerful post-vacuum drying removes moisture (residual <0.2% on instruments, <1% on dressings). Waste steam is condensed in the built-in collector and the cycle ends without external steam release. Micro-printer logs minute-by-minute data; high/low alarms and overpressure protections trigger as needed.
