Fonctionnement

Bottles enter on a synchronous-belt conveyor and are individually positioned by belt clamps. PVC/PET/OPS sleeve label film is fed from a single supply reel via a variable-frequency, photoelectric-sensor-controlled tension mechanism. A servo-motor-driven cutter (1 mm positioning accuracy) cuts sleeves to length and a synchronous brush-down unit applies them over bottles. The cutter-origin sensor is built into the cutter disc, enabling toolless re-installation via touch-screen auto-homing. A low-stock alarm leaves residual film for splicing without line stoppage. Sleeved bottles then enter a steam or hot-air shrink tunnel (optional) for final label contraction.
