Raw fruit is sorted → washed → lifted → peeled and cored → double-pass pulped (pass 1: 16 mm coarse screen; pass 2: 0.6 mm fine screen) → blended → cooked and concentrated (500 L cooking pot, 36 kW heating, 0.25 MPa steam) → sterilized → single-head quantitative bottle filling (100–500 mL, 10–20 bottles/min) → single-head aluminum foil capping (500–1 200 bottles/h) → cooled → finished product.
