Fonctionnement

Process flow: Powder mixer → Screw feeder → Twin-screw extruder → Pneumatic conveyor → Vibrating screen → Pneumatic conveyor → Multi-layer oven → Cooling conveyor → Packaging. Broken rice flour and nutritional additives are blended with water in the mixer, conveyed to the twin-screw extruder where high-temperature and high-pressure processing produces extruded granules in a rice-grain shape. Granules are pneumatically conveyed to a vibrating screen to remove oversized particles and fines, then conveyed to the multi-layer oven for drying and sterilisation (hot-air circulation). After cooling, the product is ready for direct packaging.

1Process flow: Powder mixer → Screw feeder → Twin-screw extruder → Pneumatic conveyor → Vibrating screen → Pneumatic conveyor → Multi-layer oven → Cooling conveyor → Packaging.
