مبدأ العمل
Process flow: Powder mixer→ Screw feeder→ Twin-screw extruder→ Pneumatic conveyor→ Vibrating screen→ Pneumatic conveyor→ Multi-layer oven→ Cooling conveyor→ Packaging. Broken rice flour and nutritional additives are blended with water in the mixer, conveyed to the twin-screw extruder where high-temperature and high-pressure processing produces extruded granules in a rice-grain shape. Granules are pneumatically conveyed to a vibrating screen to remove oversized particles and fines, then conveyed to the multi-layer oven for drying and sterilisation(hot-air circulation). After cooling, the product is ready for direct packaging.
